Meet Fleet, Our Service Dog

Fleet is PS14's Therapy Dog!  He works with children in the K/1 class.  He helps ease anxiety and promotes confidence. You can catch Fleet being a reading buddy, or helping students learn their addition facts as he roles a dice and tells the kids what numbers to add or subtract.  He also helps students learn Science as he pulls and pushes things to learn about force.   You can have a great laugh watching him as he balances things on his cute pink nose!  Fleet loves to bring smiles to children as he walks the hallways.  The students show their love as they make air hearts and blow kisses to him.  Feet not only brings smiles to student's faces but he also lightens the hearts of our faculty  as he brings smiles when things seem tough!  Fleet loves to celebrate birthdays  with the children and loves hanging with our mascot Tina the Tiger!  Let's give a high paw for our Fleet!
